Is there a shuttle service from/to the hotel from the airport?
No, it is not available.
Is the hotel located in the center of Sorrento?
We are a 10-minute walk from the beginning of Corso Italia, Sorrento's main street.
Is the property open in winter?
Generally, the property is open from March to October.
Will I receive a confirmation from the hotel after making a reservation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Which credit cards are accepted?
Accepted cards are: Amex – Visa – Mastercard – Diners – JCB.
Does the facility have an elevator?
Yes, there is an elevator to access the suites. However, a staircase is present to access the wellness area.
Do our children stay for free?
It depends on their age. Children up to 3 years stay for free in a crib.
Does the facility have Wi-Fi?

Our pool is a maximum of 1.5 meters deep and is not heated.

What are the cancellation terms for room reservations?
Cancellation is possible without penalty up to 14 days before the arrival date.
Why do I need to include my credit card number in the reservation?
To guarantee the reservation, our policy requires a credit card for security.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in at 2 PM – Check-out at 10:30 AM.
Is breakfast included in the room price?
Yes, from 8 AM to 10:30 AM. We are flexible based on guest needs.
Do you have private parking?
Yes, at an additional cost and upon request.
Do I need to book to access the wellness area?
No, our wellness area is reserved for our guests 24/7.
Is a restaurant service included in the rate?
No, our snack bar service is not included in the rate.

Do I have to pay the full amount to book?
No, a payment of 20% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation,
If I book the villa, will the stay be private or shared?
The stay in the villa will be exclusively reserved for the family/group making the reservation.
Does the villa include a staff service?
Yes, our staff is included and will be at your disposal.
Is breakfast, lunch, and dinner service included in the rate?
Breakfast service is included. The facility offers the option to use extra services not included: Snack and Cocktail Bar and Dinner or Lunch with a Private Chef.
Does the villa price include parking?
Yes, parking is included in the rate.
Is laundry service included in the rate?
Yes, we provide our laundry area equipped with all accessories.
